Our full training space is on the way — and while we build it, we’re opening January with a series of SHIFT self-defense courses as an early preview of what’s coming.

These are not traditional self-defense classes.
Combining techniques from 11 martial arts styles, SHIFT self defense classes are movement-based, balance-driven, and built on the same principles that shape everything we do at SHIFT:
strategic, holistic, integrated, functional training.

You’ll learn how to use your body’s natural mechanics, how to work with balance and leverage, and how to move with clarity and confidence.
It’s a chance to experience the SHIFT method before the doors officially open.
