20 people maximum. Every session. Enough energy to feel the room — small enough that nothing gets lost.

No experience necessary. No ceiling either. Every movement is scalable — the goal is to understand your body, and that looks different for everyone.

The martial arts framework gives you tools for staying mindful under physical stress — aware of your body, your space, and what's happening around you.

S.H.I.F.T. is an evolution of 10 years of training data developed through Pretty Deadly Self Defense, a user-based self defense program from Berlin that combines martial arts, cognitive behavior practice and natural movement and has transformed the lives of thousands of women around the world.

We're currently scouting spaces in SoMa and Mission Bay to open our flagship studio in San Francisco in September 2026.

SHIFT opens its full gym in September 2026 — a dedicated space with a complete class roster from 6AM to 10PM.

Until then, we're running Friday night sessions in Bernal Heights: Two hours, 20 people, the full methodology.

This isn't a gym class. It's a practice.
